This is now our ninth car from them, which says everything about the level of trust and service they consistently provide. The whole process was smooth, friendly, and completely stress-free. Creaky suspension resolved. The team are always willing to perform extra oil changes on my car even though it's more frequent than the recommended service intervals. No specific concerns, but Chris offered to look into whether today's work (and the work completed by a Ford Dealer in another part of the country a few weeks ago) can be claimed for via the Fordprotect warranty, which I'm very grateful for.
